I'm Max, the filmmaker behind Untold Visuals. I've been behind a camera since 2017, and filming cars is what I love most. Whether you want your own car filmed properly, need consistent content for your detailing business, or need someone who knows how to run a car rig on your next production, everything is laid out below.

Private Car Rig Shoot
From $600
A 2–3 hour shoot of your car or bike, filmed from a chase car with a professional suspension camera arm. You drive, I film. I plan the location and route, and run it past you for approval first.

• Rolling shots from the chase car on a MovMax suspension arm with full camera control
• Hard-mounted shots on your car
• Interior driving shots (gear shifts, steering, dash)
• Static shots at a scenic location
• High-quality exhaust and intake audio
• 3 edited reels
• A selection of colour-graded footage clips

• Widescreen cinematic short film: +$100
Group shoots
Bringing a few friends? Group shoots are available at the same price so you can split the costs with your friends. Group shoots are less personalised and don't include high-quality audio capture.
Before the shoot. Your car needs to be clean, roadworthy, registered and insured. Anything outside this package can be quoted.
For Creatives and Production Teams
Car Rig Hire (with operator)
For videographers, photographers, music video crews, brands and agencies who need rolling automotive shots but don't have the rig or the experience to run one. I bring the rig, set it up and operate the camera. You focus on the rest of the production.

Half day from $800 (4hrs)
Full day from $1,450 (8 hrs)

• MovMax suspension arm with full camera control
• My car as the chase car, with most of the rig set up before arrival
• Sony FX3 camera package and Sony GMii 24-70mm f2.8
• Me as rig tech and camera operator
• Footage transferred from cards to your storage device on the day
Add-ons
• Chase car driver: +$50/hr (or provide your own driver)
• Rigging on your provided vehicle: +$200 (allow about 2 hours to setup on location)
• Other cameras: available case by case, ask when you enquire
• Overtime: $100/hr
Good to know
Minimum booking is a half day (4 hours)
Allow 2 hours for setup on location, and 30 minutes to switch between front and rear mounted setup
The rig is only hired with me as the operator
The production handles all permits, road closures, traffic plans and insurance if required
Footage may be used in my portfolio once any embargo is lifted
Detailer Growth System
From $1,190 / month
A monthly content system for detailing businesses that want to show their work properly and stay consistent, without having to film it themselves. I handle the strategy, scripting, filming and editing. You keep doing the detailing.
Each month includes
• 3 x 1-hour shoots
• 12 edited reels
• 12 custom thumbnails
• Content strategy and planning
• Scripting and hooks
• Captions
• Monthly check-in call
First Impression System: $250 one-off setup
3 pinned profile videos that tell new visitors who you are, what you do and why they should book with you.
The details
Month to month, no lock-in contract
You own the footage and can use it in your own paid ads
I work with a limited number of detailers, so spots are limited
Posting and paid ads are not included at this time
Automotive Event Coverage
Quoted per event
Car meets, cruises, launches and shows. Every event is different, so I quote based on the event and the deliverables you need.
• Minimum 2 hours of coverage
• Minimum 2 edited reels
• Professional video and audio, including interviews and drone footage
• Editing of all footage I capture
Limited photos available. If you need a full set of professional photos, I can bring in a dedicated photographer at an additional cost
General Videographer & Photographer services
Half Day and Full Day Rates
Need a videographer or photographer on your project? Book me for shooting only, with my standard photo and video gear included.
Half day $450 (4 hrs)
Full day $850 (8 hrs)
• Includes my standard camera, lenses, gimbal, lighting, drone and audio gear
• Raw footage supplied
• Editing is quoted separately, based on the deliverables you need
• The car rig is not included in these rates (see Car Rig Hire )
Overtime: $100/hr
Booking and Terms
Deposit: 50% upfront to lock in your date, and the remaining 50% when final deliverables are sent
Turnaround: Edited content is usually delivered within 2 weeks, depending on the service
Cancellations: 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Weather: No fees for weather delays. We'll simply pick a new date
Travel: Gold Coast to Brisbane is covered. Travel further afield is added to your quote
Pricing: All prices are starting prices. No GST is charged
